I've always wondered about the deeper questions in life.  

 

Where do we come from?

Where are we going? 

What is our purpose in life?

What is our relationship to God, the Universe, other dimensions?

I was raised Catholic and started praying to God, the Angels, and Saints way back then.  Since then I've studied with amazing Buddhist and Hindu spiritual teachers.  Ultimately I think life is the real teacher and all answers lie within.  I believe in the power of meditation, mindfulness, exercise, lucid dreaming, and spending time in nature, but I don't have all the answers.  I am a cosmic explorer learning and questioning infinitely.  Most importantly I focus on attempting to become consciously aware, loving, authentic, connected with what I believe is the core of everything in the the universe that is pure, unconditional love and light.  I believe that we are here to learn and grow and mostly to remember our inherent goodness, creativity, truth, and freedom.  I want to help others to also remember this deep, rich mystery of who we are.
